How To Save Powerpoint As Video Using Windows Movie Maker

Creating movies from pictures and photos is a breeze using Windows Movie Maker. If you have some trouble with PowerPoint because of different versions, portable devices or video sharing websites like YouTube. You should have been told to save PowerPoint as video. Once you have saved your PowerPoint slides as images, Windows Movie Maker can help you to create a movie with title or credits, background music, animations and transitions.

Before we begin, make sure you have Windows Movie Maker installed on your computer. If not, get Windows Movie Maker @Microsoft.

Saving PowerPoint slides as images:

Since Windows Movie Maker support video, audio and pictures as input files, we need to save PowerPoint slides as images first so that we can import PowerPoint to Windows Movie Maker.

Step 1: Open your PowerPoint file, and click File Save As.

Step 2: In the pop up Save As dialog, on the Save as Type option, choose one image format. There are 6 image formats you can choose: GIF, JPEG, PNG, TIF, BMP, and EMF. Any one format would be ok. Then click “Save”.

Step 3: A prompt will pop up and choose “Every slide” so that you can save all PowerPoint slides as images at one time.

Importing PowerPoint images to Windows Movie Maker:

Now you can import all the PowerPoint images, edit them and create a beautiful video.

Run Windows Movie Maker, and under the Capture Video menu, click Import pictures to import the generated PowerPoint images on your computer.

Notes:

The disadvantage is that it cannot keep the dynamic effects like animations, transitions, music and video clips in original PowerPoint presentation.

-Vaishali- a telugu film dubbed from -Eeram-, Tamil, is a horror movie, it has Aadhi as the hero who is better known as director Raviraja Pinisetty’s son. He plays as a police officer who is alerted by a watchman after water gushes out of a particular flat and on investigation is baffled to see Vaishali (Sindhu Menon) lying dead in a bath tub. The Police officer’s memory is stormed by visuals of their romance and Vysali’s subsequent marriage to Bala (Nanda), the onus now is on the officer to correlate the bizarre happenings in the apartment and prove the suicide as murder.

This film vaguely inspired by -Dark water-, English film. It has now been trimmed 20minutes from the original version. The literal translation for -Eeram- meaning -Thadi- (dampness). Water is the main character in the film and one would find it every frame right from the beginning of the film in the form of rain or a leaking faucet.Sindhu Menon is a revelation in this flick and never speak loud and makes use of her beautiful eyes to emote. Sindhu Menon left for London since she has been married a year back. This film is being directed by a debutant Arivazhagan and Produced by maverick director Shankar on his S Pictures banner.
